Hydraulic system manufacturing -- Analysis of some problems in the installation of hydraulic components

Hydraulic pump and motor shaft end generally can not bear the radial force, the belt pulley, gear and other transmission parts can be installed directly on the pump or motor shaft. In order to prevent pump suction air, the general requirements of the installation position of the pump should be as close as possible to the fuel tank, and the best position of the oil tank is higher than the hydraulic pump; at the same time, the oil pipeline should be installed in the oil filter. Nevertheless, some of the machines in this area will appear air suction failure. For example, the CA25 type vibratory roller, although the installation position of the oil tank is close to the hydraulic pump and the position of the hydraulic pump is too high, the oil filter is installed, but the air suction phenomenon can still occur.
