Stakeholders predict the explosive growth of the hydraulic system in the coming years

Construction machinery is the core component of hydraulic components, the domestic annual imports of hydraulic components about 70% or more, almost all of the high-end products rely on imports. The output value of hydraulic industry accounts for about 3% of the output value of machinery industry, while China only accounts for about 0.18%. Mechanical engineering has developed rapidly in recent years, the rapid growth of the stock, the faults of the hydraulic components accounted for almost half of the fault of construction machinery in the foreseeable future years, maintenance of hydraulic components the size of the market will be explosive growth. At the same time, a large number of construction machinery supporting the market, the current localization rate is not high, mainly dependent on imports and foreign companies in China, huge import substitution space.

During the period of 12th Five-Year, with the development of the mould manufacturing industry in China, some new technical requirements for die steel are also put forward. It is understood that the diversification of mold manufacturing, large-scale, precision and pre hardening of the development trend also requires its development of special steel to increase efforts, but also should vigorously develop domestic quality mold materials.

First of all, in the plastic mold steel, the development of large size automobile bumper pre hardened plastic mould steel; secondly, in the aspect of hot die steel, a new type of low cost, to develop with independent intellectual property rights of the high life of hot die steel, the development of ultra pure and uniform microstructure of hot working die steel; third, die steel in the cold, according to automotive high strength steel (tensile strength more than 800MPa) technology of die materials and surface treatment technology of cold stamping forming. Efforts to develop the advantages of mold materials, in order to promote the better development of the domestic mold industry, in order to lay the foundation for the domestic mold industry embarked on the road to power.
