General requirements:

2, safety requirements:

Various possible accidents should be taken into account in the design system of Jinze hydraulic plant. The choice of components, applications, configuration and regulation, should first consider the safety of personnel; once the accident occurs, the equipment should be the smallest damage.

(1) overvoltage protection must be provided in the system.

(2) the design of the system, should make the element is easy to dismantle, and must be able to safely adjust and work.

(3) the design and adjustment of the system must minimize the impact pressure. Impact pressure and pressure loss should not be dangerous.

(4) all components in the system must have a certificate of conformity.

(5) all components in the system shall be operated in accordance with the requirements of the Jinze hydraulic plant.

(6) in serious pollution and high humidity, flammable environment and high altitude (above 1000m), the hydraulic system using the cold zone and other special circumstances, Jinze hydraulic factory and Design Institute and the user must agree on the special requirements of the site use.

3, working temperature

When designing the system, it is necessary to reduce the heat of the system to the minimum degree in the investigation and study of the customer condition of Jinze hydraulic plant. The ambient temperature range of the equipment must be specified. When the temperature is the highest, the use of hydraulic oil system, in addition to special provisions, the hydraulic pump inlet temperature should not exceed 60 degrees celsius. When the ambient temperature is low, the equipment must be able to work properly.

4, component disassembly

5, lifting measures

All components, components or equipment with a mass exceeding 15 kg must be easily lifted or equipped with a lifting device.

6, equipment installation and maintenance information

7, test

8, transportation and packaging

(1) when the equipment is required to be transported in sections, the identification marks shall be marked on the removed pipes and their corresponding end holes or joints.

(2) all equipment must be packed in good condition to prevent damage and deformation and to maintain its identification marks during transit.

(3) the exposed surface of hydraulic equipment shall be sealed by sealing cap, and the external thread must be protected during shipment.

9, logo

(1) each component must be numbered. These parts must be in accordance with the system diagram and the piping diagram. These pieces or letters are not on the elements of the adjacent components.

(2) the orifice of the element, including the pilot port, the test port and the discharge port, must be clearly and permanently marked and consistent with the circuit diagram.

(3) on the electrical and hydraulic system diagram, the electrical control device.
